Un plato de mulukhiyah.

Mulukhiyah, molokhia, mulukhiyya, malukhiyah,[1] nalita, o Jew’s mallow (en árabe: ملوخية) se trata de un plato muy popular de las cocinas del Oriente Medio y de África (principalmente de la cocina del Magreb). El plato consiste en una serie de hojas de jute relacionadas con la especie Corchorus (Corchorus olitorius L.)[2] El Mulukhiyyah posee un sabor amargo que cuando se cuece se suaviza, es por esta razón por la que se suele servir en sopas o estofado.
