Middle of the Road

Middle of the Road fue un grupo de pop escocés, de grandes éxitos en toda Europa y América Latina en la década de 1970. Tres de sus singles vendieron más de un millón de copias cada uno, y recibió un disco de oro. La cantante de Sally Carr, el baterista Ken Andrew, el guitarrista Ian McCredie y su hermano el bajista Eric McCredie, fundaron la banda el 1 de abril 1970. La banda tuvo un exitoso en Reino Unido, "Chirpy Cheep Cheep Chirpy" en junio de 1971. La banda tuvo un éxito duradero en Alemania, donde lograron once Top 40 en 1971-1974.
