Un Muumuu es un vestido que suelen usar las mujeres de Hawai. Estos son largos y holgados. Hoy en dia se venden en las tiendas de todas partes. Empezo con la llegada de los colonizadores europeos y norteamericanos hasta el año 1800. Los colonizadores pensaban que las mujeres estaban muy poco vestidas así que inventaron el Muumuu para cubrirlas.[1]
