Noma es un restaurante danés situado en Copenhague. El restaurante se hizo famoso a nivel internacional cuando ganó el título como el mejor restaurante del mundo en el 2010 y 2011. Además ha ganado 2 estrellas en la Guía Michelin en el 2008 y 2009. El nombre Noma es formado por la frase del danés "nordisk mad" que significa "comida nórdica" y el menu consiste en comida hecha por los ingredientes locales y representa la cocina danesa moderna. René Redzepi es el jefe de cocina y co-propietario del restaurante.

  • 2008-2009: Dos estrellas en la Guía Michelín.
