Es un EP lanzado por Cyndi Lauper en 1989 por Epic Records, y reeditado en 1996 por Epic y Sony Records. Fue lanzado exclusivamente en Japón y compila seis remixes de unos de sus sencillos más vendidos. Era caja de plástico con letras japonesas impresa en el interior y llegó al puesto 61 en las listas japonesas. The Best Remixes vendió 250.000 copias en todo el mundo y fue disco de oro en Japón.
