The Oh in Ohio es una película cómica de 2006 dirigida por Billy Kent. Fue vista en varios festivales estadounidenses desde marzo hasta mayo de 2006 y fue lanzada a los cines por Cyan Pictures el 14 de julio de 2006. Situada en Cleveland, la mayoría de la película fue grabada en puntos de referencia de Cleveland como Convetry Village y Case Western Reserve University.

Trama

Frustrado con el hecho que no le puede dar a su esposa Priscilla (Parker Posey) un orgasmo, Jack (Paul Rudd) se muda de la casa y comienza una relación con Kristen (Mischa Barton), su estudiante. Priscilla forma una alianza imrpobable con Wayne (Danny DeVito), un hombre de negocios que le lleva el doble de su edad.

Recepción

La película fue un fracaso comercial, ganando menos del 10% de sus $5 millones de presupuesto en la taquilla.[1] También fue criticada. Actualmente tiene un 21% de aprobación en Rotten Tomatoes, basada en 67 críticas (53 negativos, 14 positivos).[2] Dan Callahan de Slant Magazine le dio a la película 0 de 4 estrellas, llamándola "una comedia inverosímila, extrañamente deprimida" agregando "no hay risa en ella".[3] Entertainment Weekly fue más favorable, dándole a la película un 'B-' con Owen Gleiberman describiendo la película como "un pasatiempo tonto y divertido".[4]
