Vampyressa melissa es una especie de murcielagos de la familia de los Phyllostomidae. Se encuentran en los bosques de Colombia, Perú y Ecuador,[1] [2] en las tierras bajas, hasta los 1.900 m de altitud. Se alimenta de frutas.[3]
