Žinčica

Žinčica

Žinčica (en Eslovaco) o Żentyca (en Polaco) es una bebida hecha de leche de oveja similar al kefir.[1] Es un subproducto en el proceso de hacer el queso Bryndza.[2]

Bryndzové halušky es comúnmente con žinčica.
