Bícol Express (bicolano: Sinilihan) es una comida filipina, de origen manileña a la moda bicolana.[1] [2] Es un estofado de chilis picantes (tagalo: siling mahaba; malayo/indonesio: lada panjang), leche de coco, pasta de gambas o pescado seco, cebollas, cerdo y ajo. Dicen que se evolvió de gulay na may lada, una comida bicolana popular que hoy en día se está presentando como una de las muchas variedades de Bícol Express.
