A Day In The Sun (Un Día En El Sol) es un bonus track para la edición Japonesa Metamorphosis, también fue un pre-single que sirvió para promocionar el álbum en las radios Japonesas.

En el 2006, Anneliese van der Pol grabó la canción en That's So Raven Too!, segunda banda sonora de la serie de Disney Channel That's So Raven.[2] Siendo ésta canción el tercer sencillo para promocionar dicha banda sonora.
