Charles Warren Fairbanks, nació en Union Ville (Ohio) el 11 de mayo de 1852 y murió en Indianápolis (Indiana), el 4 de junio de 1918.

Fue un político estadounidense miembro del Partido Republicano. Durante su vida política fue vicepresidente bajo el mandato del presidente Theodore Roosevelt desde 1905 a 1909. Fue precedido por el mismo Roosevelt y le relevó en el cargo James Schoolcraft Sherman.
