Chin es un estado de Birmania. Su capital es Hakha.

Existen 11 poblaciones en el Estado de Chin: Cikha, Hakha, Falam, Kanpalet, Matupi, Mindat, Paletwa, Rihkhuadar, Thantlang, Tiddim y Tonzang.

Demografía

Los indígenas del lugar, también conocidos como chin constituyen la mayoría en el Estado de Chin. Debido a la labor de los misioneros baptistas norteamericanos, el 93% de la población es cristiana. Sin embargo, una notable minoría de los Chin sigue profesando las religiones tradicionales y el budismo theravada.
