Cream the Rabbit es un personaje ficticio del videojuego Sonic Heroes de la compañía Sega. Es una preciosa conejita tipo fly que lleva siempre a su pequeño Chao llamado "Cheese" que va con ella donde quiera que vaya cream y con solo 6 años de edad, es aún más joven que Miles "Tails" Prower.


Criada como una princesa, es un poco inocente e ingenua a veces y a menudo se ve implicada en los problemas de los demás. Le encantan los helados. Nunca olvida sus modales, ¡incluso se disculpa antes de atacar!.

Batiendo sus enormes orejas, Cream puede volar por un tiempo limitado.

En Sonic Heroes se muestra que tiene otro chao, "Chocola" (supuestamente le quiso poner Chocolate), y en este juego su objetivo es rescatarlo. Para ello conforma el Team Rose junto con Amy Rose (la líder, de tipo speed) y Big the Cat (de tipo power).


También aparece en la serie Sonic X junto a su madre Vainilla , aunque esta no tiene una participación significativa.
