Richard Wagstaff "Dick" Clark (nacido el 30 de noviembre de 1929 en The Bronx, Nueva York) es un hombre de negocios y una personalidad en la televisión de Estados Unidos de Norteamérica, conocido por la conducción de varios maratones televisivos --programas de larga duración -- tales como American Bandstand, The $10,000 Pyramid, y Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve. Es la segunda persona más anciana que se encuentra activa en la televisión, con una edad de 76 años.

Clark es muy conocido ya desde su juventud, al ganar el concurso America's Oldest Teenager, y por su buena salud -- hasta que sufrió un accidente en 2004. Con alguna dificultad en el habla, Clark realizó un dramático retorno a su espectáculo de Año Nuevo el 31 de diciembre de 2005.
