Environmental Electronic Exchange Language (E3L) es un estándar para el intercambio de datos de carácter ambiental, especialmente útil para la comunicación con las administraciones públicas de España.

Este estándar ha sido respaldado por el Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Medio Rural y Marino, así como por las Comunidades Autónomas de Andalucía, Aragón, Principado de Asturias, Islas Baleares, Canarias, Cantabria, Castilla y León, Castilla La Mancha, Cataluña, Comunidad Valenciana, Extremadura, Galicia, Comunidad de Madrid, Región de Murcia, Comunidad Foral de Navarra, País Vasco y La Rioja.
