Evelyn Beatrice Hall

Evelyn Beatrice Hall, (1868 - 1919), que empleó el seudónimo S.G. Tallentyre, fue una escritora del Reino Unido muy conocida por su biografía de Voltaire. Completó su biografía de Voltaire, The Friends of Voltaire, en 1906. Redactó la frase, que erróneamente se atribuye a Voltaire, "Estoy en desacuerdo con lo que dices, pero defenderé hasta la muerte tu derecho a decirlo," como ilustración de las creencias de Voltaire.[1]
