Focus on the Family (FOTF, o FotF) es un grupo evangelico estadounidense. Es una organización sin fines de lucro fundada en 1977 por el Dr. James Dobson y está ubicada en Colorado Springs, Colorado. Focus on the Family es uno de varios grupos evangélicos que han aparecido en la última década. Un grupo de cristianos de derecha de Estados Unidos ha promovido ests trabajos seculares no vinculados a una iglesia específica para trabajar en temas sociales de políticas públicas. La organización se autodescribe como "dedicada a nutrir y defender a las familias a nivel mundial" y proteger los valores familiares. Una de las actividades de la organización es la transmisión de un programa de radio por Dobson y sus colegas, proveyendo de consejos y recursos gratuitos para la familia, y publicando una variedad de revistas, videos y grabaciones de audio. Focus on the Family alcanza a unas 220 millones de radioescuchas diariamente, en más de 7,000 estaciones de 160 países.

Liderazgo

El liderazgo de la organización estuvo en manos de Dobson hasta el 2003. En ese ali Donald P. Hodel se convirtió en presidente y jefe ejecutivo de las oficinas, encargado de las operaciones del día a día. Esto dejo a Dobson como presidente de la Junta de Directores, a cargo de responsabilidades creativas y de publicidad. Otro líder de la organización fue John Paulk.

En marzo de 2005, Hodel se retiró y Jim Daly, anterior vicepresidente a cargo de la División Internacional de Focus on the Family, asumió como presidente y jefe ejecutivo de las oficinas.
