Faye Grant (nombre real: Faye Elizabeth Yoe) nació el 16 de julio de 1957 en St Clair Shores, Míchigan. Su primer papel en televisión fue en la serie El Gran Héroe Americano (The Greates American Hero) como "Rhonda Blake", pero ella es más conocida por su papel de "Julie Parrish" en la serie de ciencia ficción V (serie televisión) papel que encarnaría desde 1983 hasta 1985 participando en la primera tempora y en la segunda titulada V: La batalla final, y V: la serie. Otras películas suyas son The January Man, Internal Affairs, y Omen IV: The Awakening.

Ha participado en Broadway como la vocalista Lina Lamont en la adaptación de 1985 en Cantando bajo la lluvia, ganando el premio Theatre Wold y fue nominada para el Drama Desk Award como Mejor actriz en un musical.

También ha aparecido como estrella invitada en la series de televión El increible Hulk, Hardcastle y McCornick, Time of your life y, más recientemente, en "7 en el paraíso", siendo la mujer del actor Stephen Collins, quien era el Reverendo Eric Camden. Ella y Collins están casados desde 1985 y tienen una hija, Kate.
