Fei-Long es un personaje de la serie de videojuegos de lucha Street Fighter.

Es un luchador que perfecciona su propio estilo de Kung-fu. Lucha en la calle hasta que un día impresionó a un director de cine y se convirtió en una estrella. Sin embargo, después del segundo torneo decidió dejar el mundo del cine. Fue entrenado por el padre de Chun-Li el cual fue asesinado por M.Bison.

Está fuertemente inspirado en el artista marcial y actor Bruce Lee. Esto se evidencia en su historia (en la secuencia final de Street Fighter Alpha 3 le dice a sus alumnos que den patadas fluidas como el agua, al igual que Bruce Lee en sus enseñanzas), gritos y algunos de sus movimientos, si bien su estilo de lucha es totalmente diferente (Fei-Long practica un estilo de Kung-fu muy distinto del Jeet Kune Do que practicaba Bruce Lee).
