Fernando Zylberberg (nacido el 30 de junio de 1977 en Buenos Aires) es un jugador de hockey sobre hierba argentino que hizo su debut en la Selección nacional de hockey sobre hierba masculina de Argentina en 1997, compitiendo para su país en los Juegos Olímpicos de Sydney 2000 y los Juegos Olímpicos de Atenas 2004 en dicha categoría.

Después de pasar un tiempo jugando para el club Hurley de Alemania se trasladó a España, donde juega en el Atlético San Sebastián desde el año 2002.
