"Flying Free" es un tema de música mákina creado por Dj Skudero, su hermano Xavi Metralla, ambos dj residentes de la discoteca Pont Aeri, y producido por Rubén Moreno.

Historia

El single se publicó en en el disco Pont Aeri Vol.4 en el año 2000.

Trascendencia

El tema ha traspasado las fronteras de la discoteca y se ha convertido en un tema de fama internacional y no sólo por los seguidores de este tipo de música, sino que se ha convertido en un icono generacional.

Premios

En el año 2000 Flying Free recibió los premios al mejor tema comercial español y mejor tema mákina español otorgado por la revista deejay.

Curiosidades

El conocido sample que suena varias veces tras el piano del principio y que dice "Abrakadabra me say Open sesame's", es original de un tema de los noventa llamado "Open sesame's" de Leila K.
