Helamán

Helamán era una persona del Libro de Mormón. La mayoría de lo que se sabe sobre Helamán proviene de la segunda mitad del Libro de Alma, un libro del Libro de Mormón.

Según cuenta el Libro de Mormón, fue un profeta nefita y un soldado que vivió alrededor del siglo I a. C. Es más conocido por liderar un ejército de dos mil jóvenes guerreros, los cuales nos son referidos como sus hijos, en una batalla.
