Hooker, talonador, enganchador o júquer (en inglés, hooker), es una posición del rugby XV. Es el jugador que se sitúa entre los dos pilares en la primera línea de la delantera en las formaciones del scrum o melé. Habitualmente es el jugador con el dorsal número 2.

Es un hombre fuerte ya que es delantero, pero suele ser más pequeño que los dos hombres que le acompañan. En España se le suele llamar también "el cuarto tercera", por su parecido con los allí llamados terceras líneas (flankers), o alas en Hispanoamérica.

Su función principal se desarrolla en la melé o scrum, y consiste en intentar golpear la pelota hacia atrás con su talón (enganchar), de forma que esta quede bajo su formación y pueda ser jugada por el número 8 o el medio scrum. Para ello, hace un gesto a su medio melé o medio scrum para que introduzca la pelota en el scrum o melé y la talona hacia atrás con los pies, gracias al equilibrio que consigue al estar apoyado sobre los pilares.

Suele ser el lanzador de touch, con un código que suele ser marcado por el medio melé (a veces lo marca el mismo talonador) y que específica a los saltadores la posición a la que se enviará el balón y cómo se jugará una vez se logre la posesión. En jugadas defensivas se sitúa en el espacio entre la línea de 5 metros y la línea de banda, para cubrir un posible ataque por esa zona.

El hooker o talonador debe ser un hombre fuerte pero a la vez dominar la técnica del rugby.
