El Alentejo Litoral es una subregión estadística portuguesa, parte de la Región del Alentejo, dividida entre el Distrito de Setúbal y el Distrito de Beja. Limita al norte con la Península de Setúbal y el Alentejo Central, al este con el Baixo Alentejo, al sur con el Algarve y al oeste con el Océano Atlántico. Área: 5 261 km². Población (2001): 99 976 (Estimación para 2005: 97 636).

Comprende 5 concelhos:

Los principales núcleos urbanos son las ciudades de Sines y Vila Nova de Santo André (en el concelho de Santiago do Cacém) y, con menor importancia, Santiago do Cacém y Alcácer do Sal.
