International Surfing Federation
International Surfing Federation fue la primera organización internacional del surf.
Se creó en 1964 con motivo de la celebración de los primeros Campeonatos del mundo, que tuvieron lugar en Sydney, Australia. La organización se propuso reunir a todas las naciones del surf profesional, para tratar de impulsar y profesionalizar el surf en el planeta. Desde 1964 la ISF organizó Campeonatos mundiales anuales, hasta que en 1976 en Hawaii, la ISF fue renombrada a la actual ISA (International Surfing Association).
