All India Netaji Revolutionary Party (Partido Revolucionario de Netaji de Toda India), fue un partido político en la India. AINRP fue liderado por V.P. Saini, que también es el presidente de la Fundación de Investigación. El partido fue fundado en conexión con la quinta conferencia nacional sobre Netaji (All India Netaji Convention) en 1999. El partido fue fundado para luchar por la ideología de Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.
AINRP fue crítico a la colaboración de la izquierda (CPI(M) y All India Forward Bloc) con el Partido del Congreso. En las elecciones al Lok Sabha en 1999 V.P. Saini fue lanzado como candidato en Hoshiarpur en Punjab. Saini solamente recibió 942 votos (0,16%)
Más tarde Saini se afilió al All India Forward Bloc, y se hizo secretario del comité central. En 2003 Saini visitó a Corea del Norte como parte de una delegación de AIFB de Punjab.
