Luquembo

Luquembo

Luquembo es una comuna y también un municipio (Concelho de Luquembo) de la provincia de Malanje, en el centro de Angola, región fronteriza con la República Democrática del Congo.

Geografía

El término tiene una extensión superficial de 10 971 km² y una población de 32 236 habitantes.[1]

Linda al norte con los municipios de Cangandala y de Cambundi-Catembo; al este con los de Quirima y de Xá-Muteba; al sur con la provincia de Bié, municipios de Cuemba y de Camacupa; y al oeste con el de Cacolo. las provincias de Bié, municipios de Nharea y de Andulo y de Cuanza del Sur, municipio de Mussende.
