Historia

La canción fue compuesta por Eric Foster White (quien se hizo famoso más tarde por trabajar con artistas tales como Backstreet Boys y Britney Spears). En la canción, el amante de la protagonista femenina la ha llamado erróneamente por el nombre de su ex-novia , "Susan" y recibe una severa reprimenda por su equivocación. Aunque no fue un éxito comercial, su título excéntrico le ha dado a la canción un ligero grado de intriga entre las canciones te temática más inocente que Whitney ha publicado.
