Raúl Harper (Cali, 31 de marzo de 1977) es un escritor colombiano. Parte de su trabajo ha estado enfocado en el análisis de las posibilidades de la literatura en Internet y de la industria editorial independiente.

Biografía

Durante varios años se desempeñó en diversas ocupaciones lejanas al mundo literario. Fue músico, barman, administrador, asistente de producción en cine; y curso estudios de Historia y Relaciones Internacionales. Su narrativa está marcada por una estética minimalista y posmoderna que mezcla lo real con lo onírico. Entre sus principales influencias se cuentan Julio Ramón Ribeyro, Haruki Murakami, Scott Fitzgerald, Jorge Luis Borges, Charles Bukowski, Edgar Allan Poe, Emile Ciorán, John Cheever y Gabriel Garcia Marquez.


Es cofundador de los grupos literarios Caterva y Seis Escritores.
