Florence Emily "Florrie" Baldwin (de soltera Davies), (31 de marzo de 1896, 113 años), es una anciana inglesa supercentenaria, la persona más anciana de todo el Reino Unido, tras la muerte en febrero de 2007, de Aida Mason a los 111 años. Es la 9º persona mas vieja del planeta, y la mujer vieja de Europa.

Nació en 1896 en Reino Unido. Ella todavía recuerda a la perfección las guerras de los Bóers y el cumplimiento de la Reina Victoria (1819-1901) en su visita a Leeds, cuando Florrie tan solo contaba con 6 años de edad. En 1920, a los 25 años, se casó con el pintor y decorador Clifford Baldwin y se trasladó a Woodhouse. Quedó viuda en 1973. Vivió sola hasta 2001, cuando contaba con 105 años, cuando se mudó a Leeds.

Al parecer, asocia su longevidad a comer sándwichs de huevos fritos cada día. Sin embargo, los médicos pensaron que presumiblemente podría ser debido a su puesto de trabajo durante 50 años, del que se retiró a los 77 años. La empresa se encontraba en la parte superior de una colina empinada en Hunslet.
