Situación geográfica de Renfrewshire, Escocia.

Renfrewshire, oficialmente Condado de Renfrew, es un condado de Escocia. De manera oficial, esta región forma parte de un condado tradicional y de un área comandada escocesa. El condado fue, asimismo, una división administrativa para el gobierno local hasta 1975, y entre 1890 y 1975 tuvo su propio consejo electo. Desde 1975, fue administrado como un distrito de la recién creada región de Strathclyde.

El Renfrewshire histórico comprendía las zonas de Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire Este e Inverclyde, cada una de las cuales se corresponde con los distritos de Strathclyde: Renfrew, Eastwood e Inverclyde. Tuvo sus orígenes en el señorío de Strathgryfe, de la Casa de Estuardo.

Renfrewshire como condado tradicional incluyó muchas zonas anexadas y periféricas de Glasgow en los años 1920.
