Terumot

Terumot (hebreo: תרומות‎, literalmente "Donaciones") es el sexto tratado de Seder Zeraim ("Orden de las Simientes") de la Mishná y del Talmud.[1]

Analiza dos tipos de donaciones: una de las terumá (singular de terumot), que es generalmente 1/50 de la cosecha, es entregada al Cohen; y el 10% del Maasser que es entregado al Levita es dado al Cohen, es llamado Terumat Maasser. Estas leyes no se aplican en tiempos en que no existe el Templo de Jerusalén. Por eso, estos diezmos son todavía separados de la producción agrícola en Israel y son dejados apenas para recordar lo que se realizaba en el pasado, sin ser entregados a un Cohen. Estas leyes son también mencionadas en detalle en los tratados de Demai y Ma'aserot.
