The Rachael Ray Show, también conocido como Rachael Ray, es un Talk show protagonizado por Rachael Ray que debutó en la sindicación en los Estados Unidos y Canadá el 18 de septiembre de 2006. La hora de duración durante el día es co-producido por Ray y Oprah Winfrey a través de Harpo Productions y distribuida a nivel nacional y mundial por CBS Television Distribution. Se filmó en EUE / Screen Gems de Nueva York facility. La tercera temporada del show se estrenó el 8 de septiembre de 2008.

En 2008, el espectáculo ganó un premio Emmy Diurno para Talk Show Entertainment.
