Valentín Valentínovich Ivanov (Валенти́н Валенти́нович Ивано́в) (nacido en Moscú, URSS, el 12 de febrero de 1966) es un árbitro de fútbol profesional de la Liga rusa de fútbol, internacional desde 2002. Es hijo del ex delantero soviético Valentín Kozmich Ivanov. Debutó en primera división el 25 de marzo de 1997 en el partido Inter de Milán durante un partido efectuado con motivos del aniversario de la ciudad.

Dirigió la final de la Copa Intercontinental 2003 entre Milan y Boca Juniors.

Fue seleccionado para la Copa Mundial de Fútbol de 2006 como representante ruso. Arbitró tres partidos, dos de primera fase (Alemania 3-0 Ecuador; Francia 0-0 Suiza) y uno de octavos de final (Portugal 1-0 Países Bajos), donde su decisión de amonestar a gran cantidad de jugadores significó un récord de amonestaciones (16 tarjetas amarillas y 4 tarjetas rojas), además de no marcar un claro penalti sobre Arjen Robben cometido por los portugueses.
