Vladimir Roslik

Vladimir Roslik Bichkov médico uruguayo hijo de emigrantes rusos, nace en San Javier, Río Negro el 14 de mayo de 1943 y muere torturado en el Batallón Nº 9 de Fray Bentos, el 16 de abril de 1984. Es el último muerto de la dictadura a pocos meses de instaurarse el régimen democrático.

Recibido de médico en la Universidad Patrice Lumumba de la ex URSS.
