Distribución geográfica

Se encuentra en Burundi, Camerún, República Centroafricana, República Democrática del Congo, Etiopía, Kenia, Ruanda, Sudán, Tanzania, y Uganda.

Hábitat

Su hábitat natural son: clima tropical o Clima subtropical, tierras bajas estacionalmente húmedas o inundados de pastizales.
