Alinazik kebab sobre puré de ajo y berenjena con vermicelli de arroz pilaf, tomate a la parrilla y pimiento verde.

El alinazik kebab, o simplemente alinazik,[1] es un tipo de kebab turco casero, especialidad de la provincia de Gaziantep (Turquía).[2] Se hace con puré de berenjena ahumado al carbón y especiado, cubierto con dados de cordero lechal tierno condimentados, marinados y salteados. Este kebab popular en Anatolia se sirve tradicionalmente con mantequilla derretida.
