El fritule es un pastel de fiesta croata parecido a dónuts pequeños, que se hacen especialmente para Navidad. Se parece algo al zeppole italiano, pero suelen aromatizarse con brandy y cáscara de cítrico, incluir pasas en la masa y espolvorearse con azúcar glas.
