Katy Mixon (nacida como Katy Elizabeth Mixon el 30 de marzo de 1981)[1] es una actriz estadounidense. Ella es mejor conocida por su papel de April Buchanon en la serie de HBO Eastbound & Down.

Vida Personal

Mixon nació en Pensacola, Florida y asistió a la Escuela de Carnegie Mellon University de Drama en Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.[2]

Carrera

Mixon inicio como miembro de la empresa de teatro «Utah Shakespeare Festival» en Cedar City, Utah antes de mudarse a Los Ángeles en 2003. En 2005, Mixon protagonizó el estreno de la obra de teatro interactiva de las Américas en el Edgefest Los Ángeles. Mixon se ha presentado en la serie vertical Cabaret.[3] Actualmente es miembro del reparto regular en la serie de televisión de la cedena CBS, Mike & Molly.
