Kenneth Davison McClintock Hernández es actualmente el vigésimo segundo Secretario de Estado de Puerto Rico, luego de haberse desempeñado desde 2005 al 2008 como el decimotercer Presidente del Senado de Puerto Rico.

Nacido en Londres el 19 de enero de 1957 de un padre tejano, el arquitecto George D. McClintock, y de una madre de Ponce, la profesora universitaria Nívea Hernández, ambos fallecidos, vivió los primeros once meses de su vida en el barrio londinense de Notting Hill, y fue bautizado en la iglesia anglicana de St. George's, antes de mudarse a Puerto Rico.
