Mbau es una villa y también uno de los tres puestos administrativos que forman el distrito de Mocimboa en la provincia de Cabo Delgado al nordeste de Mozambique, región fronteriza con Tanzania , entre las provincias de Niassa y de Nampula, región costera en el Océano Índico.

Geografía

Puesto administrativo (posto administrativo) con una población de 14 058 habitantes y, formado por dos localidades: Mbau, sede y Marere.
