The Ballads Hits es uno de dos álbumes recopilatorios del dúo pop sueco Roxette, publicado en octubre de 2002. El otro es The Pop Hits, publicado en marzo de 2003.

Las canciones "A Thing About You" y "Breathe" fueron grabadas especialmente para este álbum. Solamente la primera fue publicada como sencillo.

El álbum tuvo un razonable éxito en Europa, siendo top 10 en muchos países y alcanzando el puesto #11 y ganando un disco de plata en el RU.[4]
