Robert Alan Labonte (nacido el 8 de mayo de 1964 en Corpus Christi, Texas) es un automovilista estadounidense que corre en la NASCAR Cup Series. Actualmente maneja el Ford Fusion #96 para Hall of Fame Racing. Durante mediados de la década de 1990, se le diagnosticó la enfermedad de Graves Basedow. Actualmente vive en Trinity (Carolina del Norte). Está casado con Donna y tiene dos hijos, Robert Tyler y Madison. Él y su hermano mayor, Terry Labonte (quien también fue un prominente piloto de NASCAR, hasta que se retiró en la temporada 2006) son los únicos hermanos en haber ganado ambos el campeonato principal de NASCAR. Es también tío del ex ganador de la Nationwide Series Justin Labonte.

Por ahora, Labonte es el único piloto en haber ganado tanto el campeonato de la NASCAR Cup Series (2000) y el campeonato de la Nationwide Series (1991). También ganó el título de la IROC en 2001.
