100 Greatest One-hit Wonders

100 Greatest One-hit Wonders es un programa especial de VH1 que fue trasmitido por primera vez en su versión en inglés en 2002, como una cuenta atrás de los intérpretes más memorables, y sus canciones, que fueron one-hit wonders (literalmente, maravillas de un sólo éxito, es decir que la banda tuvo un único éxito musicalmente).

Este programa estuvo conducido por William Shatner y consistió en una serie de entrevistas con los artistas, fotografías, vídeos y otros tipos de material de archivo, todo alrededor de cómo es que estos músicos lograron dejar huella en la historia de la música con una sola canción, porque no lograron repetir su éxito y sobre todo, qué ha pasado con ellos.

El especial fue transmitido en VH1 Latinoamérica, sólo sustituyendo la presentación de Shatner por la del mexicano Jaime Almeida.

Cabe aclarar, como lo hacen en el mismo programa, que muchos de los artistas presentados tuvieron más de un éxito fuera de los Estados Unidos, por ejemplo Nena en Alemania, a-ha en Europa, y otros en el Reino Unido o incluso en los mismos Estados Unidos; pero el éxito de una sola canción opaca de forma tan abrumadora la memoria de las demás que todos los recuerdan por esa en especial.
