Doretta Morrow (27 de enero de 1928 - 28 de febrero de 1968) fue una actriz y bailarina estadounidense.

Su verdadero nombre era Doretta Marano, y nació en Brooklyn, Nueva York. Su principal actividad tuvo lugar en el teatro, trabajando en una única ocasión en el cine, en el film Because You're Mine (1952), junto a Mario Lanza.

Se retiró de la interpretación tras casarse, y falleció en Londres, Inglaterra, a causa de un cáncer en 1968.
