"End Of Me" es una canción pop/rock escrita por Marion Raven, Max Martin y Rami para el álbum publicado internacionalmente de Marion Raven llamado Here I Am (2005). Fue lanzado como el primer sencillo de dicho album solo para en el Sudeste de Asia en 2005 y tuvo tanto éxito en la región, que alcanzo el top ten en muchos países incluyendo Malasia y Singapur compitiendo en los charts nacionales con bandas como My Chemical Romance y solistas como Shakira y Robbie Williams.

Presentación

La pista cuenta con una única guitarra eléctrica y la introducción de piano de la cancion 13 Days y habla acerca de que Raven esta en la búsqueda de una verdadera identidad en un siempre cambiante paisaje pop. Raven dice que, si no se le permitiera seguir haciendo música, sería el final de ella. "This is the last of illusion"("Esta es la última de las ilusiones"), la pista también significa que ella quiere salir de su antigua imagen de M2M y de demostrar al mundo lo que ella realmente es. Según Raven, Atlantic Records confía en Raven para cambiar a una imagen más rock y un estilo diferente de cantar.Raven entonces tiene que luchar por sus derechos para registrar su propio estilo músical, al rock con un elemento pop.

Video

El video de la cancion se grabó en Taipei, Taiwán. Utiliza el intro en piano de la cancion "13 Days", que esta también incluida en Here I Am y muestra a Raven atrapada entre una rotación de paneles de cristal que significa el modo en que se siente estereotipada o de lado. Raven intenta liberarse y hacer valer su verdadera identidad a través de su música. En el video musical, Raven se puede ver la manera en que raven toca de manera magistral la guitarra eléctrica durante el puente de la canción, que marca el aumento de su alcance instrumental ya como solista.

Recepción

El video musical para la canción alcanzó el # 4 en MTV Asia. A finales de 2005, "End Of Me" se encuentra en # 54 en MTV Asia a fin de año primeros 100 de la cuenta anual regresiva.
