"I've Just Seen a Face" es una canción de The Beatles. Aparece en su álbum de 1965 , Help!, como también, en la versión americana del álbum Rubber Soul, del mismo año.

"I've Just Seen a Face" fue escrita por Paul McCartney (acreditada a Lennon-McCartney), y tiene a McCartney como voz principal. Antes de ser grabada, la canción se llamaba "Aunty Gin's Theme," por la hermana menor de su padre, ya que era una de sus favoritas.

La versión de Help! fue grabada el 14 de junio de 1965 en los estudios Abbey Road en Londres, el mismo día que Yesterday.
