El International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB) es una agencia federal del gobierno de los EE. UU. creada en 1994 para producir programas de radio y televisión políticos dirigidos a audiencias de países extranjeros. El IBB reemplaza el Bureau of Broadcasting. La misma legislación que crea la IBB también establece la Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) encargada de supervigilar todas las transmisiones de radio y televisión no militares del gobierno federal.
La IBB esta compuesta de los servicios con financiamiento federal del antiguo Bureau of Broadcasting y los creados por ley por el Congreso de los EE.UU. Estos son:
- Voice of America (VOA, 1942)
- WORLDNET Television and Film Service and Radio
- La Oficina de Transmisiones para Cuba acargo de
