Mame moyashi (豆萌やし ?) o moyashi (もやし ?) es un "germinado" japonés. Frecuentemente se refiere al vigna radiata, mejor conocido como garbanzo verde o frijol chino, aunque el término también se emplea para nombrar al "germinado" de soya.

El moyashi es un ingrediente común en muchos platillos japoneses como sopas, el nabemono, el tsukemono, etc.
