Nina Alexeyevna Lobkovskaya (en ruso: Нина Алексеевна Лобковская) (nacida en 1925) sirvió como francotiradora en el Ejército Rojo de la Unión Soviética durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, alcanzando el empleo de teniente.
Fue la mayor de cinco hermanos. Creció en Siberia, aunque pronto se mudó a Tajikistán debido al delicado estado de salud de su padre, quien se alistó en el Ejército Rojo en 1942, antes de morir en la batalla de Voronezh en octubre del mismo año.
Lobkovskaya fue una de las 300 mujeres enviadas a Veshnyaki para entrenarse como francotiradora.
Desde febrero de 1945 hasta el final de la guerra, Lobkovskaya comandó una compañía de francotiradoras que participaron en la Batalla de Berlín.
